If an order error has occurred please contact us promptly, we will do our best to accommodate alterations or cancelations before orders have shipped. Once products have been delivered all sales are final.
All sales are final once products have been delivered. However, if you a receive products damaged during shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to replace the product. In this case a detailed description of the damaged product and return of the damaged product is required before replacement orders are issued. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
